Pay and Benefits Disclosure:
Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a trainingwage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.
Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or servicessold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based uponperformance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, whileexperienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
