Full Job Description Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 OTE (Base Salary + Commission) Mid Atlantic Concrete Products , an Outdoor Living Supply company , is seeking a results-driven Commercial and Wholesale Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help lead the expansion of our commercial footprint, manage high-potential leads, and grow our dealer network throughout the region. What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation Management:
Oversee our lead generation program, track commercial job opportunities, and drive conversion from initial contact to close.
Contractor Engagement:
Proactively connect with general contractors and grading/sitework businesses to have Mid Atlantic added to bid lists.
Dealer Relationship Growth:
Strengthen partnerships with existing dealers to increase sales and service collaboration.
New Dealer Acquisition:
Identify and secure new dealer relationships to expand market presence.
Commercial Market Expansion:
Support the identification and development of new markets to drive commercial sales growth.
What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction materials, landscaping, or related industries Proven track record of generating commercial business and managing dealer accounts Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Ability to travel throughout the region Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $45,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Commission:
