Position Overview As a Sales Representative, your mission is to electrify your path to financial glory. You’ll venture into the field, conquer company leads, referrals, and break through cold calls. Your quest includes thrilling property inspections, epic contract signings, exhilarating meetings with insurance adjusters, and crafting stunning estimates that bring us one step closer to financial victory

Core Responsibilities:

• Ignite and maintain a Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) both in the field and office.
• Door-to-door canvassing to generate leads, as needed.
• Complete roof inspections using high-tech gadgets to document damage.
• Lead property owners through the insurance claim process, securing epic agreements.
• Collaborate with adjusters, creating a line-item estimate using powerful estimating software.
• Execute estimating and supplementing techniques like a seasoned champion.
• Ride to the rescue of our production team when needed, securing heroic change orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist the accounts receivable department, ensuring successful collection of payments.
• Develop accurate information, insights, and valuable leads.
• Participate in electrifying company meetings, sales rallies, and advanced training sessions.
• Embrace the Mighty Dog Roofing University Virtual Training Platform as your secret weapon for success.
• Keep the production and accounts receivable departments informed of all developments.
• Actively cold calling, door knocking, canvassing, and networking.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Proactive & self-starter; solution-minded
• Min. of 1 year of sales experience. Home services experience preferred.
• A Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience is like wielding a magical sword.
• Knowledge of roofing or construction is preferred.

Work Environment:

Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:

This is a full-time position, but expect your heroic deeds to demand flexibility beyond the typical ‘9 to 5’ hours. Consistent attendance is essential to our saga of success.
