Key Responsibilities:

Educate homeowners about our roofing services and systems Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and company resources Close sales confidently and ethically Maintain communication with clients from initial contact through project completion Represent Tip Top Roofing with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Sales experience in roofing or construction preferred
