This role will focus on growing our regional footprint by identifying, pursuing, and securing high-value sales opportunities in the structural steel market.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the estimating department to develop and submit competitive fabrication proposals Identify bid opportunities and target markets within the assigned region or customer category Cultivate strong relationships with general contractors, erectors, and key decision-makers Maintain frequent contact with new and existing clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers Provide detailed project hand-off information to Project Management Maintain organized contact lists and proactively follow up to deepen customer engagement Work closely with internal departments—estimating, project management, and leadership—to align goals and execution Travel as needed to maintain visibility and rapport with customers

Qualifications:

Experience in steel fabrication sales or related construction/industrial sales Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and meet strict bid deadlines Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and sales life cycles Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and manage complex timelines Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools Proven track record in customer relationship building and business development Apply Now If you’re driven, knowledgeable in construction or steel fabrication, and eager to contribute to a respected and growing company— we’d love to hear from you.
