What You’ll Do:

Drive sales and grow your territory by prospecting and gaining new trade customers. Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and remodeling professionals. Manage projects from inception to completion, including conducting site visits and reviewing blueprints as necessary. Deliver persuasive sales presentations, quotes, and project proposals. Overcome objections and close deals with confidence. Represent Pella at trade shows and industry events. Consistently exceed sales goals and contribute to personal and company growth.

Who we hope you are:

A self-motivated closer with a competitive spirit and strong desire to succeed. Experienced in outside sales, business-to-business sales, or a related field (1+ years preferred). Passionate about the construction industry with a basic understanding of the building process. Window and Door sales experience is a plus! Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills. Comfortable working in a mix of indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction sites where standing for long periods is required. A proactive problem-solver who thrives on challenges and growth opportunities. Ability to travel as needed. Work Location:

This position is a work from home position with daily visits to various job sites throughout the territory and sales meetings

  • 50 mile radius of target sales area.
Compensation:

Base salary: $50,000

  • $80,000+, guaranteed for the first 12 months, based on sales performance and industry experience.
Additional commission opportunity:

Earn 1-4% commission. Year 2 estimated income: $150,000

  • $200,000+ on full commission.
