Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This person will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and will play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner Provide accurate quotes and product information Process orders and follow up on customer requests Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution Assist with various administrative and sales-related projects as needed Maintain accurate customer records and communications
Qualifications:
