We repair electronics, build control panels, troubleshoot automation issues, and teach maintenance teams how to fix problems like pros. Now we’re ready to grow, and we’re looking for a Sales Rep who’s ready to grow with us.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground connection between our services and the Maintenance Managers who need them. You’ll help them solve real problems, things like getting production back up after a drive goes down or helping a plant modernize their outdated control systems. Here’s the kind of stuff you’ll be doing: Meeting with new prospects and opening doors in the industrial space Strengthening relationships with current clients (they already like us, you’ll make them love us) Planning your schedule ahead of time and keeping us in the loop Visiting factories, machine shops, OEMs, even casinos, wherever machines are breaking, you’ll be there Keeping track of your activities in the CRM (we’re not crazy about micromanaging, but we do need visibility) Logging KPIs and giving a quick update at the end of the week Working with our team to quote projects, follow up, and close deals Getting creative about how to land new accounts and lock in contracts What You Need to

Bring:

Some solid experience in outside sales (especially B2B or industrial, big bonus) A curious mind and willingness to learn about electronics and automation Confidence with basic tech tools (Google Drive, Gmail, CRMs, nothing fancy, but you have to know the basics) A self-starter mindset, we’ll give you support, but we expect you to own your results Strong communication and people skills, no pressure-selling, just real conversations A clean driving record and willingness to travel regionally (we’ll cover gas and give you a car allowance) What You Get in

Base salary of $55,000 Commission starting at 5%, up to 10% for high performance Bonuses for new account wins $450/month car allowance + gas reimbursement 50% paid health insurance (after 90 days)
