Role:

The Business Development Center Representative (BDCR) is responsible for generating new sales opportunities for Impex of Greensboro. The ideal candidate will have a baseline understanding of sales in the automotive industry and be able to effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to potential customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
  • Consistently meet reasonable sales goals
  • Develop relationships with potential and existing customers while building rapport
  • Present the company’s value proposition and answer customer questions
  • Provide customers with initial product information
  • Follow up with car sales leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or a related field
  • Baseline understanding of the automotive industry and sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
