Position Overview:

As a Part-Time B2B Sales Executive , you will be responsible for generating new business relationships with local businesses in the Guilford County, NC area, selling our commercial cleaning services. This is a commission-only role with a tiered structure and recurring revenue incentives for long-term client retention, meaning you can earn based on your efforts, making it a great opportunity for self-motivated individuals.

What We Offer:
    Flexible Hours :

    Work on your schedule, with expectations of approximately 20 hours per week .

    • Commission-Based Earnings :

      Earn competitive commissions based on the contracts you close.

    • Recurring Revenue :

      Continue to earn a % of the monthly contract value for the first 12 months of any contract you close.

      Monthly or quarterly bonuses for meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:
      Prospecting and Lead Generation :

      Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (businesses, offices, warehouses, etc.) in the Triad area.

      • Sales Presentations and Closures :

        Present and sell our commercial cleaning services to decision-makers, focusing on long-term contracts.

      • Client Management :

        Build relationships with new clients and provide excellent customer service to maintain long-term partnerships.

      • Reporting and CRM Updates :

        Track sales activities, close deals, and update leads in our CRM system.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in B2B sales , ideally in a service-based industry .
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
      • Comfortable with cold calling and relationship building .
      • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
