THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a Sales Rep to launch and grow a new North Carolina territory in Greater Greensboro, North Carolina. This is a field-based, B2B role with full autonomy and serious support. You’ll partner with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and builders to grow a market that’s yours to lead. You’ll get tools, CRM, marketing help, and an experienced team behind you—but the growth? That’s on you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Launching and establishing Partner Title’s presence in a new Greater Greensboro market. Building and nurturing a robust referral network of real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and home builders. Planning and hosting impactful CLEs (Continuing Legal Education), networking mixers, and educational events to deepen loyalty and drive leads. Collaborating with our marketing team to co-create tailored digital and print materials that amplify your outreach. Leveraging CRM and sales automation tools to manage and scale your client engagement and pipeline efficiently. Keeping visibility with your network through our monthly company newsletter. Joining weekly team check-ins and Monday calls for collaboration and strategic alignment. Occasional travel to Raleigh for company-wide CLE events and team meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of proven title insurance sales experience in North Carolina. Confidence in person and a strategic approach to follow-up. The desire for freedom to grow your own book of business , with backing that actually helps. A preference for structure without micromanagement. Willingness to travel to Raleigh a few times a year for key events.

Significant Earning Potential:
Target On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $125,000
- $200,000+, with uncapped commission truly putting your income ceiling in your hands.

Commission:
We offer flexibility to provide a higher base salary for promising candidates newer to title sales, or a higher commission focus for seasoned professionals bringing an established book.
