Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach to prospective commercial clients within designated territories
  • Perform roof inspections to access for damage
  • Promote and present company services related to roofing solutions to business owners
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through direct engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships
  • Provide detailed product and service information, addressing customer questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for target markets and territories
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in the company CRM
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Represent the company professionally, maintaining a positive brand image in the community
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
  • Outside sales / commercial door knocking experience required
  • Personable, goal-oriented, sales-driven, self-motivated
  • Must be comfortable climbing a ladder and walking on roofs
  • Must be willing to network and prospect for new leads
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills
  • Professional presentation and written and verbal communication skills
