Position Summary:
We’re seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Specialist to help grow our footprint across Greensboro and surrounding areas. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our referral base. This is a field-facing role for someone who thrives on networking, creative problem-solving, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a business growth strategy for the Triad market Identify and cultivate relationships with referral partners, care facilities, community organizations, and potential clients Conduct market research to stay informed on local trends and identify new areas for growth Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align outreach efforts Represent the agency at community events, networking opportunities, and meetings Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not required) 2+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or sales Familiarity with the Greensboro and greater Triad region strongly preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
