This is a direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits, as well as a company vehicle, phone, laptop, etc. This ideal candidate will have a strong background in Equipment Sales combined with the ability to develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Prepare pricing proposals, cost estimates, and evaluate contractual risks to ensure competitive and profitable job estimations. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills to effectively close sales and meet/exceed sales targets. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and job estimates. Travel within the service area of central North Carolina for day trips to meet with clients and provide on-site job assessments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM related field is required. Strong Equipment, Construction or Product sales experience is highly preferred. Computer literacy, with experience in 3D Lift Plan, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and NextGen for scheduling a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
