What You Can Expect Day-to-Day You’ll work independently and spend time in Kroger stores within your area You’ll strive to hit monthly sales targets as both an individual and a teammate within your district! You’ll deliver exceptional in-person customer service and ensure every customer experience is positive and professional What You Bring to The Team Your outgoing personality allows you to easily approach, connect, and build relationships You’re self-motivated and determined to meet the challenges of a rapidly evolving retail sales environment You love commission sales roles and are eager to smash targets and push your own limits You enjoy learning and are eager to develop yourself! What it Takes You do not need previous sales experience to succeed in this role. Through our award-winning training, we’ll set up for success! 18+ years of age and authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis Exceptional customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication High energy and a positive attitude Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) and stay active, walking/moving throughout an 8-hour shift Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to rotate through stores on a weekly basis (travel requirements will include up to 25-mile radius from your home address) Who is OSL?
