Responsibilities An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new and existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service while maximizing sales and profit goals. Successfully meet sales goals. Project a “Can-Do” attitude and provide exceptional customer service. Take incoming customer calls, interpret their requirements, and negotiate pricing, service, and delivery. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Communicate with account and product managers on account strategy, pricing, and acquisition of new accounts. Expedite orders and respond to customer inquiries. Review sales and profit reports. Remain current with product knowledge, pricing, services, and market/industry trends. Visit customers with account managers. Participate in ongoing training and development. Requirements & Qualifications High school graduate, and a college degree is strongly preferred . One year of sales or customer service experience. Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed. Strong verbal communication skills with ability to speak clearly and concisely. Capable of building and developing strong business relationships. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to negotiate, persuade and make sound business decisions. High level of attention to detail. Proficient using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
