Elite Pro Flooring is a fast-growing flooring company specializing in high-quality LVP products and professional installation. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and hard-working individual who can assist with daily operations, sales outreach, and light warehouse labor. If you can make sales calls, run basic tech tasks, and help load flooring when needed—this might be the perfect job for you.
What You’ll Do:
Tech & Admin Tasks Enter data into CRM (we use Monday.com and QuickBooks) Post products on Facebook Marketplace and other platforms Assist with estimates, pricing sheets, and online forms Sales Support Make daily outbound sales calls Help set appointments and follow up with leads Respond to basic customer questions via phone, text, and email Warehouse Operations Help load and unload pallets and deliveries (must lift 50 lbs) Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse cleanup Use or assist with forklift (experience a plus) General Labor Assist with showroom setups, customer pickups, and keeping the space organized Be ready to step in wherever help is needed
