Full Job Description Company Overview:

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a full-time Outside Sales Representative to serve our growing client base in the construction layout space, operating out of either our Charlotte or Greensboro, NC location. This role will focus on connecting with construction professionals, identifying layout needs, and offering the right tools and solutions for the job.

Please Note:

This role requires direct land surveying experience . Applicants without this background will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit job sites and meet with contractors to assess layout needs and offer product solutions Sell and demonstrate equipment such as GPS units, rotating lasers, total stations, and related field software Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, site supervisors, and layout teams Travel throughout the assigned region to grow client accounts (company vehicle and gas provided) Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining territory organization and planning Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Required Experience & Skills:

Field experience in surveying or construction layout (REQUIRED) Knowledge of layout equipment and tools (Leica, Trimble, Topcon, etc.) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who thrives in a client-facing, independent role Ability to travel regularly within the local territory

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in outside or B2B sales Familiarity with software platforms such as Carlson or Civil 3D Why Join Us?
