The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Roofing Sales and demonstrate exceptional skills in upselling and account management. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to fit their needs. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial roles in driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with clients. Our comp plan Is the highest in the area with no cap on commissions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective negotiation and customer service. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities. Manage accounts and upsell additional products or services to existing customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive sales growth. Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools for tracking sales progress and customer interactions.
