Job Description:
Top Notch Roofing Contractors, one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the Triangle, is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Roofing Salesman. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, enjoys outdoor work, and is grow with our company. This position is commission based and we offer a sign on bonus.
Responsibilities:
Perform door-to-door sales to introduce our roofing services to potential residential and commercial clients. Inform potential customers about our various roofing solutions and services. Arrange and oversee roof inspections and consultation meetings. Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals. Achieve and surpass sales targets and key performance indicators. Deliver outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in sales, particularly door-to-door. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a strong ambition to succeed. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic understanding of the roofing industry, or a willingness to learn quickly. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
