Storm Restoration/ Sales Partner New Testament Roofing 427 Chester Woods Court, High Point, NC 27262 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Storm Restoration Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients affected by storm damage. You will leverage your sales expertise to provide exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the restoration process. Duties Conduct cold calling to identify potential clients and generate leads in the storm restoration market. Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement business development strategies to expand market presence. Engage in inside sales activities, including presentations and product demonstrations. Oversee territory management to maximize sales opportunities within assigned regions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Experience Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the storm restoration or construction industry. Strong background in account management, demonstrating success in building long-term client relationships. Familiarity with territory sales strategies and techniques to effectively reach target markets. Experience in retail or technology sales is a plus, showcasing versatility in different sales environments. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
