The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for B2B interactions and establishing relationships that last a lifetime. Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned on a as needed basis): Socialize with anyone at any moment presenting a professional and friendly manner. Handle negotiations and objections. Navigate and use company CRM to input all new customers, contact info, call notes, stops, tasks and follow-ups. Establish business by creating commitments from potential customers. Review financials of customer purchase history to accurately track sales territory growth and individual gross profit goals. Work with inside sales representatives to assist any customer needs. Works with managers for approval on any special pricing or potential deals to accumulate business. Prospect for new customers. Visit existing assigned customers to meet visitation goals. Attends weekly meetings to help improve business and working territory. Comfortable collecting money from customers with AR’s. Back up battery sales representatives when needed.
Required:
2yrs+ experience in sales with negotiations Associate degree or relevant work experience considered.
