Non-exempt Summary The Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales Manager and Zone Managers with daily operations related to Marketing and Sales Programs. The goal is to develop the skills necessary to become a Zone Manager in charge of a sales territory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Actively manage and travel to sales calls in assigned geographical areas, including overnight travel. Handle overflow calls for Zone Managers and take customer orders/change orders when necessary. Finalize and submit sales orders. Send schematics and order-related materials to retailers and Zone Managers. Compile information for the Marketing and Sales Department newsletter. Keep photographs of homes and new options updated. Organize arrangements for Sales Department meetings. Handle correspondence for the department. Answer questions about products, including price, credit terms, durability, and benefits. Promote products at trade shows and conferences. Work effectively with all plant teams and other duties will be assigned as necessary. Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required, and one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
