Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep Position Available In Iredell, North Carolina

Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep Construction Metal Products, Inc. Statesville, NC 28677 We are a metal roofing manufacturing business located in Statesville, NC looking for a full time associate that is available to work 40 hours a week. This position is Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Looking for a motivated individual who has excellent written, verbal, and typing skills. Needs to show great attention to detail, and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience with knowledge in the construction or roofing field is a plus. High School Diploma required, Associate’s Degree or higher education a plus. Experience using Microsoft Business Central Dynamics 365 a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer and return phone calls with clients Ensure customer satisfaction and an enjoyable experience Take and process customers’ orders and quotations Prepare customers’ correspondences Communicate with customers Provide updates on customer documentation Provide advice to clients Verify customer’s complaints and report them to lead Assists clients in their choice of product/service Provide entry-level trouble shooting Provide necessary information about products and service Keeps records of inquiries by documenting into appropriate account Build and maintain good relationship with customers Help around with ideas to improve customer experience, which in turn improves the productivity of the company Make recommendations to management based on customers’ needs
