Pool Salesperson In Training Lake Norman Signature Pools & Patios 108 Poplar Pointe Drive, Mooresville, NC 28117 Lake Norman’s top rated pool builder is swimming in leads. We’re seeking someone who can dive in and help us out. Pool experience is helpful but not necessary. We will train the right individual and provide him/her with ample leads to prospect and close. Day:

Be open to a hands on learning experience in the pool business. Shadow a primary salesperson as they educate customers and explain options and features to future pool owners. Learn to create digital pool designs to recommend to customers based on their needs and desires. Demonstrate your ability to utilize question based sales techniques. Read, review, and resource CRM management tools used to set appointments, prospect leads, schedule follow-ups, and close. Maintain integrity, honesty, and trust with team members and customers at all times. Overdeliver. Repeat. This job is ideal for people who: Sincerely care about others. Are naturally driven to exceed expectations. Insist on straight commission to maximize your revenue. Have the communication and correspondence equal to knowledge obtained with a Bachelors’ Degree. Have been a successful commissioned salesperson of a high dollar product or service. Understand CRM software in Salesforce or similar technology. Have open availability including frequent nights and weekends. Are professional and have a persuasive ability to help people make decisions. Thrive on your ability to develop and deliver presentations. Experience Required Three or more years business to client commission sales. Track record of integrity and respect for clients and team members. Licenses & Certifications Driver’s License Valid Insurance Clear DMV background
