POSITION SUMMARY

Sales Consultants may be required to work independently or as part of a team to serve and support customer’s needs while selling the maximum amount of Liberty products. They will work in tandem with the Liberty Sales and Marketing team following up with all sales leads funneled to their location through corporate marketing and generating sales leads through contact by direct marketing online. This position will take responsibility for their locations inventory, managing and caring for it as their own. Liberty Sales Consultants will also know the systems and policies of the Company and commit the Company to the customer through transactions according to these policies. Most importantly, our Sales Consultants are the face of the Company and will work alongside their customers to turn their building dreams into reality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Communicate and advocate for customer needs Anticipate and identify customer needs Excellent problem solving skills Above average practical math skills Following up with customer leads Extensive knowledge in Liberty products Create floor plans and submit work orders Continuous training and coaching on Liberty’s products and systems Works alongside our Liberty Sales and Marketing team Works alongside other dealer locations Perform customer site visits as needed Create solutions for both the customer and the sales consultant

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5

years of sales experience Bachelor’s Degree preferred Above average practical math skills Must possess excellent communication and people skills Familiarity with communicating professionally via email and phone Above average computer skills Familiarity with Google Suite Must be a team player Must be willing to work on Saturdays

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Will be required to stand or walk for extended periods of time with the occasional requirement to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The work environment for this position will take place primarily inside a climate controlled office setting. The sales consultant will also be expected to spend time outside on their sales lot walking with customers and checking their inventory and grounds in all types of weather.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday:

10 am – 6 pm

Wednesday and Sunday:

Closed
