Job Description

Sales Representative 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 1308 Industrial Drive, Statesville, NC 28625 We are seeking a motivated and result driven In House Sales Representative to join out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing accounts. This role requires proactive approach to analyze market trends and effectively manage sales, contributing to our growth in both market share, outside sales representatives and inside sales environments.

Duties:

Develop pricing, quote orders. Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients, introducing them to our products. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients though regular communication, follow-ups and Customer visits. Track sales activates and prepare reports on performance metertics for management review. Manage existing accounts and promote products with new and exsisting customers, ensure customer statisfaction and identify oppuetunities for upselling or cross-selling. Prospects for new customers through phone calls and emails. Analyze new business opportunities through market research. Serves as the first contact point with prospective customers to generate interest.

Personal Specifications and Experience Desired:

The applicant will need to demonstrate on a sustained basis in their employment the following: The ability to communicate clearly with existing and potential customers and with other staff. Ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels of the organization Strong organizational skills Highly self-motivated and disciplined Strong time management skills, having the ability to deliver high and sustained standard of attendance, timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines Strong PC skills, and expirience with MS office platforms is essential Confident clear and professional telephone manner (voice,language, and rapport building) You should possess the ability to demonstrate the following range of call management skill: a) Opening and closing the call. b) Active listening c) Questioning & summarizing d) Identifying needs and matching solutions e) Follow up with customers on the same business day, when applicable

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree and/or proven experience as a sales representative Experience in the metals industry or willingness to learn the types and uses of products and alloys.
