Sales Specialist – Senior Living (High Commissions & Move-In Focus) Kindcare Senior Living Statesville, NC Job Overview We are fast growing Senior Living Company that owns and operates 17 assisted living communities in 11 states. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Specialist to increase occupancy by guiding prospective residents and their families through a seamless move-in experience. This role offers a high-commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Build relationships with prospective residents and families, understanding their needs and concerns. Lead engaging community tours and effectively communicate the benefits of our senior living services. Drive move-ins by following up with leads through calls, emails, and personalized outreach. Work closely with marketing to generate high-quality leads and increase engagement. Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales performance, and meet/exceed occupancy goals. Collaborate with care and operations teams to ensure smooth transitions for new residents.

Qualifications:
