Job Description
Territory Sales Representative Protect 1 Family Smithfield, NC 27577 Protect 1 Family is expanding in the Smithfield area and hiring a Territory Sales Representative to help us connect with local businesses. This is a field-based role where you’ll meet face to face with business owners, present solutions that match their needs, and take full responsibility for your assigned territory. We’re looking for someone who shows up prepared, follows through, and brings a professional approach every day. You’ll be supported by experienced leaders, a proven system, and a clear path for advancement based on your performance.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management Participate in regular team meetings, development sessions, and performance reviews Utilize and maintain CRM Required Skills & Abilities Motivated and dependable with a strong sense of ownership Comfortable initiating conversations and building trust quickly Organized and able to follow through without being micromanaged Open to coaching and able to follow a structured system Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or leadership is a plus but not required
