Countertop Sales Consultant and Customer Service Stone Top Granite & Tile Sanford, NC 27330 • Hybrid work Stone Top Granite is seeking an Inside / Outside Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate has sales experience in the kitchen, bath, remodel, and construction industry. We are committed to delivering quality product and service to our customers with quick turn around times. Our customers are homeowners, residential building contractors, and remodel contractors. Stone Top Granite has been in business since 2004; we’ve recently relocated to Sanford NC and serve the local markets – Sanford, Pittsboro, Apex, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Durham Pine Hurst, Southern Pines, Lillington, etc. You will work with incoming leads, walk-ins, and generate new leads through referrals and outbound campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phone, respond to emails, project scheduling, customer communication. Help customers select stone color, layout, edge profile, sink, etc. Answer customer questions, provide client education Prepare price estimates, email, call and follow up to close the sale Input data, manage CRM, execute outbound email campaigns Proactively contact repeat customers such as builders, designers, contractors, etc. Learn and maintain a good understanding of our products and services

Qualifications:

Sales experience in kitchen bath design strongly preferred, related industries (home remodel, construction, furniture is good too) Excellent time management skills ability to prioritize work load and meet deadlines Problem solving and excellent interpersonal communication skills Math skills relevant to construction – measurements (inches, feet) fractions, multiplication, percentages, etc. all used for pricing Excel skills necessary Self motivated, can work independently with little supervision Full time position, hourly pay, plus commissions

$30,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
