Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating and qualifying leads to build the sales pipeline for our Account Executives.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other creative methods
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects in our CRM
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Collaborate closely with the management and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting goals
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter attitude with a desire to learn and grow
  • Comfortable making cold calls and speaking to new people
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.

g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools is a plus
