Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. This role is responsible for generating boat and service sales, building strong customer relationships, and providing an outstanding buying experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about boating, has a strong sales background, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their boating needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote and sell Savannah Boats, Suzuki outboard motors, and other marine products and services. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Conduct product demonstrations, sea trials, and customer consultations. Stay knowledgeable about the latest products, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Follow up with leads promptly and manage the sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in local boat shows, promotional events, and community activities to increase brand awareness. Maintain accurate sales records and customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in sales, preferably in the marine, automotive, or luxury goods industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for boating and knowledge of marine products is a plus. Ability to manage multiple leads and follow through on sales opportunities. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools. Valid driver’s license; ability to operate boats for sea trials preferred.
