Job Summary:
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in painting, construction, or home services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • in person, phone, email, and text.
  • Comfortable conducting in-home and on-site estimates.
  • Proficient with CRM software (or willing to learn) such as Jobber or HubSpot.
  • Ability to read and understand basic project scopes and measurements.
  • Excellent time and task management skills: prioritize follow-ups, appointments, and
    estimate deadlines; stay organized using digital tools; follow through without micromanagement.
  • Professional appearance and customer service demeanor.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
  • Background in painting, construction, real estate, or project estimating.
  • Familiarity with the Oregon Coast and surrounding communities.
  • Experience using sales technology, estimating tools, or lead tracking systems.
JOB DUTIES
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into signed contracts.
  • Conduct in-person estimates and prepare timely, accurate proposals.
  • Guide clients through color choices, service options, and project scheduling.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with office staff, project managers, and painters.
  • Ensure smooth transitions from sale to production.
  • Track and manage leads through CRM tools and daily task planning.
  • Represent the company at community events, networking meetings, or local promotions.
POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business, conducting onsite estimates, and guiding clients from the first point of contact through to project handoff.
This role requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong time
and task management, and a customer-first mindset.
