Sales Consultant:

Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. Greet and engage with customers, offering expert guidance on available options. Highlight key features and provide demonstrations of vehicle operation during test drives. Lead customers through a proven sales process to successfully close deals. Present transparent pricing, explain financing options, and efficiently complete all necessary paperwork. Follow up with customers to foster lasting relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals. Ensure every customer enjoys a premium, seamless buying experience from start to finish. Proactively prospect for new customers to expand our client base. Qualifications –

Sales Consultant:

Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required. We train the right candidates for the exciting field of sales! If you have experience in retail, insurance sales, marketing, and/or customer service / hospitality, you can succeed with the professional training and management we provide! Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, customer interaction, and closing deals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Ability to effectively present pricing, financing options, and vehicle features to customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
