About Us:

The Specialty Club is North Carolina’s first cannabis-infused iced tea brand to launch in major grocery retailers. We are redefining how consumers enjoy cannabis — offering zero-calorie, sugar-free iced teas in seven unique flavors. As we continue our rapid statewide expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected Brand Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and results-oriented individual based in Charlotte who has strong ties to the local nightlife scene and an established social media presence. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and passionate about promoting emerging products and cultivating relationships within the community. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position offers commission on all cans sold across North Carolina, not just those sold in the Charlotte area.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent and promote The Specialty Club at nightlife venues, events, retail locations, and community activations Establish and maintain relationships with bar owners, event promoters, dispensaries, and store managers Increase product awareness and availability through in-person outreach and digital promotion Serve as a brand ambassador both online and offline, leveraging your personal network and following Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for local and regional growth

Preferred Qualifications:

Deep familiarity with Charlotte’s nightlife and hospitality scene Strong personal brand and active social media presence Prior experience in sales, promotions, or brand ambassadorship preferred Self-motivated and goal-driven, with excellent communication skills Comfortable with cannabis and committed to responsible promotion
