JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to be part of a high-impact team that drives business development and marketing initiatives for our Corporate Practice? Join us as a Business Development Coordinator and play a key role in supporting attorneys, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Strategic Business Development Support:

Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager to coordinate and execute business development initiatives across the firm and within the local office.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner with practice group leaders and firm attorneys to create compelling pitch materials, RFP responses, and credentialing submissions that enhance client relationships and market positioning.

Proactive Research & Strategy:

Conduct client, industry, prospect, and competitor research to identify strategic opportunities and support key corporate-related initiatives.

Event Planning & Coordination:

Assist in organizing internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution that strengthens firm relationships and enhances business development efforts.

Content & Data Management:

Maintain practice group materials, update firm databases (InterAction & Foundation), and track corporate-related credentialing activities such as Chambers and Legal 500 submissions.

Brand & Marketing Support:

Assist with graphic design for marketing materials, update attorney profiles, and oversee firm branding in external communications.

Integrate & Support:

Aid in integrating new associates and lateral lawyers, including drafting biographies and assisting with orientation planning.

Organize & Track:

Monitor deal activity, log details, update records, and identify PR opportunities.

Calculate & Communicate:

Assist with budget monitoring and reporting and provide attorneys with information on allocation use.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of business-to-business marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
