We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team in the dynamic staffing industry. No prior experience in staffing or sales is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop an understanding of the staffing industry, our services, and the needs of clients in various industries. Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Build relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals to identify staffing needs. Present staffing solutions and explain how our services can address client challenges. Partner with recruiters to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to team targets. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and local job market conditions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A passion for helping businesses and candidates achieve their goals. Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with basic computer tools and willingness to learn CRM systems. Previous customer service or sales experience is a bonus but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
