We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound BusinessDevelopment Representative to join our team. Charlotte, North Carolina Key Responsibilities InboundLead Qualification:

Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, andlive chat to understand their business needs, qualify theirinterest in our POS solutions, and identify opportunities forfurther engagement.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understandingof Quilts product offerings, features, and benefits to effectivelycommunicate value propositions to potential customers.

DemoScheduling:

Conduct needs assessments and schedule product demoswith Account Executives to educate prospects on how our POSsolutions can address their specific business challenges andobjectives.

Relationship Building:

Build rapport with prospects andestablish trusted advisor relationships by providing expertguidance and personalized recommendations based on their uniquerequirements.

Lead Nurturing:

Maintain ongoing communication withleads through follow-up calls, emails, and personalized outreach tonurture relationships and progress them through the sales pipeline.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Utilize CRM software to track leadinteractions, update lead statuses, and prioritize follow-upactivities to ensure timely and effective lead management.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams tocoordinate efforts, share insights, and optimize lead generationand conversion strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience in sales, business development, or customer servicerole, preferably in the technology or software industry. Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with a strongability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concisemanner. Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establishrelationships with customers based on trust and credibility. Highlyorganized with strong attention to detail and the ability to managemultiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
