This position will focus on both new business development, and current account management. It is a position in a recession and pandemic proof industry, with uncapped earnings on commissions. Role Description We are looking to hire a full-time Business Development Specialist that will pursue and cultivate strong professional relationships with referral sources and trade partners by analyzing the market, identifying viable target clients, reaching decision-makers, and intensely focusing on turning leads into accounts and sales. Maintain ongoing relations with trade partners to encourage networking and repeat business. Responsibilities Business Development Specialist are responsible for forging and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts in existing and new accounts. Pro-actively identify new and different business opportunities to provide increased sales. Business Development Specialist will reinforce relationships with new and existing customers. Identify and initiate contact with target customers such as insurance agents, insurance adjusters, plumbers, realtors, and commercial outlets. Business Development Specialist will deliver sales presentation on a weekly basis. Developing opportunities to cross-sell products to existing clients. Physical Environment Daily travel is required, must be able to commute daily to customer locations and on-site projects.

Requirements:

Business Development Specialist must be able to effectively build and develop relationships and demonstrate a positive brand awareness through interactions. Excellent command of MS Office and CRM Software. Knowledge of the Restoration and Construction industries is preferred. Experience in business development, marketing, or sales.
