Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in industries such as Manufacturing, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Light Industrial, and Administrative services.

Strategic Research:

Conduct thorough market and client research to build customized outreach and acquisition strategies.

Engage Prospects:

Make impactful connections through in-person visits, calls, emails, and social media.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations:

Deliver engaging presentations and close deals through strong negotiation skills.

Client Relationships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent, strategic communication and follow-up.

Networking & Training:

Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and participate in ongoing sales training.

Exceptional Customer Service:

Provide outstanding service aligned with our trusted and proven sales process.

Detailed Documentation:

Keep accurate records of activities and client interactions in our CRM and lead generation platforms.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:

2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, particularly in outside sales roles.

Proven Success:

Strong and stable work history with demonstrated success in previous positions.

Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Tech Proficiency:

Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
