Job Overview Deephaven Mortgage is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Client Development Associate to support our Correspondent sales channel and the Vice President of Client Development. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing clients as well as new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction. What You’ll Do General support of sales team and point of contact for seller with Sale VP General support of seller both at the macro and micro/loan level Technology tools administrator Scenario Calculator, AUS, BS etc Assist with new partner approval & onboarding of sellers Assist with seller training Correspondent lead distribution: Email Marketing, Inbound E-mail Leads, Inbound Phone Leads System administration: Loading prospects from Account Executives, Reporting, and Manage Drip Campaigns Market research, prospective lead research, and lead acquisition exploration with industry vendors Work with Ops, U/W, Cap Markets on process improvements and maintain the team environment Work with Sale on Strategy session with internal partners and sellers Work with members of the Sales team and Product Development to develop customized sales and marketing materials, presentations, and partner training materials Correspondent pipeline management (Expired Locks, Expiring locks, etc) Coordinate industry events and calendaring in concert with DHM Marketing and Sales Partner with Marketing to organize all preparations for upcoming conferences Sales Project Management & partner with Marketing on various initiatives Support for CRM cleanup and maintenance Any and all other duties as requested by management Assist with various Correspondent Sales Support activities as directed by Head of Correspondent Sales What We Need B2B Training experience is required and will be heavily relied upon as a key part of the role Marketing, operations or sales experience is required Bachelor’s Degree (marketing, information technology, computer science, business or related field preferred) Proficiency with the following software & programs: MS Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce, Ability to complete responsibilities effectively and efficiently with minimal direction Ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in Mortgage Industry preferred

Compensation:

The base pay for this position is between $55,000 to $70,000 annually, plus eligibility for a monthly commission incentive plan. Our Perks Time to Recharge
