Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing billing processes, and maintaining accurate records using advanced software tools.
Responsibilities:
