The E-Commerce / Lead Generation & Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company’s E-Shop, driving online sales growth by managing and optimizing digital sales channels, including the MyBurkert customer portal and the company website while also managing the lead generation and tracking process. This role ensures seamless e-commerce functionality and efficient lead-management to drive new customer development and sales growth while enhancing the customer experience to maximize revenue and market share. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee all online sales platforms to ensure seamless operation and optimal customer experience, combining technical and marketing skills to manage web transactions effectively including registration, password reset, payments, tax certificates and general customer questions or requests. Coordinating order fulfillment, customer service, and after-sales support to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Develop and implement effective plans to increase e-commerce revenue and market presence with distribution partners, existing and new customers with small annual sales potential. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align campaigns and promotions with sales goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Act as primary contact for Global E-Commerce team. Attend global meetings and report back to the inside and outside sales team as necessary. Support sales team as subject matter expert, train team and customers as necessary Report monthly to sales management on E-Commerce and Lead Generation progress and results, which includes monitoring of key metrics like Sales, conversion rates and ROI. Optimizing the online customer journey with ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from product discovery to check out. Overseeing the platform’s functionality, appearance and navigation. Managing and improving product listings, description and pricing. Ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information. Implement and improve processes for capturing, tracking, and nurturing leads from various incoming channels. Use CRM systems to update and maintain customer and lead databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely follow-up Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure leads are properly qualified, assigned, and followed through the sales and opportunity funnel Conduct effective introduction and follow up calls with perspective leads. Generate and review reports on lead performance, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement. Support the development and execution of lead generation, including optimization including use of tools such as: LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info and Industry Select and Burkert Sales Inbox. Stay updated on the latest e-commerce and lead management trends, best practices, and technologies, recommending improvements as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or lead management roles for a minimum of 3 years. Proficiency in CRM tools and strategies to manage customer interactions, personalize campaigns, and foster loyalty, Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data-driven decision-making Excellent organizational, multitasking, and customer communication skills Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Attention to detail and a proactive and driven approach to problem-solving and customer centricity Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional who excels at both operational execution and strategic lead management, driving business growth through seamless online experiences and effective sales pipeline management.
