Role:

Clover Collections is expanding in the Charlotte area and seeking a confident, dependable Estate Director to lead operations in this region. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, community-driven, and ready to take control of a location while working within a supportive and growing brand. As an Estate Director, you’ll oversee professional estate sales from start to finish—including client communication, team coordination, and sale-day execution. You will also represent Clover Collections in the community and build relationships with referral partners (realtors, storage facilities, senior living communities, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Manage estate sales from client intake to closeout Oversee a rotating team of Estate Merchandisers and coordinate weekly staffing Lead on-site staging and pricing efforts (with training and support) Communicate clearly with clients and maintain professionalism in sensitive situations Build local referral relationships through light networking and outreach Uphold Clover Collections’ standards for presentation, professionalism, and integrity

Ideal Candidate:

Organized, reliable, and takes initiative without constant oversight Approaches sensitive family situations with empathy and professionalism Comfortable leading a team and managing moving pieces Enjoys working independently while being part of a larger brand vision Has reliable transportation and a flexible weekly schedule Willing to learn estate sale processes through guided training
