Field Sales Representative

Charlotte, NC The Job Details Role & Responsibilities:
Establish new relationships with individual distribution branches and gain new business by displacing competitor products Generate and transmit sales reports & orders daily Set up and conduct on-site product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and functionality of products Follow up with end users and distributors to ensure product sell-through and maintain strong relationships Market our products within the Charlotte area, working closely with local distributors to increase brand visibility and adoption Achieve annual sales budgets for the assigned region, driving consistent growth and expansion Establish and maintain a local network of end users and distributors, identifying new sales opportunities and fostering long term partnerships Travel locally on a daily basis to various job sites, assisting distributors in selling our products and promoting brand loyalty among end users Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a related industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets Ability to travel locally on a daily basis Highschool or trade school degree or equivalent Valid driver’s license.
