About the Role We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Tier 1 to join our high-performing outbound sales team. This role is focused solely on B2B cold calling—no consumer calls—as part of our sales engagement strategy. You’ll be the voice that sparks interest, starts conversations, and drives qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process. This is a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment perfect for motivated individuals who are eager to network across several industries.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:

1. Strategically engaging prospects by phone to schedule qualified meetings that contribute to sales and individual quotas. 2. Making 100+ outbound connects per day . 3. Learning and articulating the target audience, value propositions, and pain points for each client’s product or service. 4. Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to set up next-step conversations with qualified leads. 5. Achieving and exceeding key performance metrics (appointments booked, leads qualified, outreach volume, etc.). 6. Researching business structures and industry challenges to gain deeper insights into the prospect’s needs. 7. Participating in daily team huddles to goals and celebrate wins. 8. Receiving regular coaching, feedback, and one-on-one mentorship while also enjoying the autonomy to drive your own success. 9. Continuously improving sales skills and exploring career paths across several industries. What You Bring to the
