Objective/Purpose The Aruza Inside Sales Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving customer service requests. Inside Sales Representatives will be the initial point of contact when presenting new customers with service solutions at appropriate pricing levels. Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining the Sales funnel while ensuring all opportunities are worked until sold or exhausted. Inside Sales Representatives will drive efforts to expand the pest portfolio by offering additional services to newly acquired D2D customers through proactive outbound campaigns. Primary Responsibilities Interacts with customers via telephone, email, text, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services. Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff (per escalation protocols). Ensures that customers are presented with proper solutions to address pest control and other home service needs. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments. Meeting or exceeding monthly goals with call service level metrics and sales quotas as outlined in department meetings. Logistical planning and routing of service technician daily schedules. Collaborating with Customer Success Manager to implement essential customer experience management techniques. Maintaining and expanding the database of prospective customers. Entering and maintaining leads received through multiple channels into the database with appropriate service suggestions, pricing, sourcing, and follow up planning. Modifying service orders and daily schedules to meet the demands of a dynamic service atmosphere. Emphasizing the broad expanse of services offered to maximize customer relationships and sales opportunities. Capturing accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management System Participating in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes including attending Inside Sales meetings to continually develop Sales techniques through collaborative team effort and attending the Inside Sales developmental meeting as scheduled. Performs other related duties as assigned.
