Technical Inside Sales opportunity This US Subsidiary of a German manufacturer of planetary gearboxes is in Charlotte, NC and is looking for a Technical Inside Sales candidate.
What you will do:
Provide commercial and technical quotations Offer technical support to customers and customer service Application engineering, analyze and size gearboxes based on customer project requirements Troubleshooting gearbox related problems by phone and on-site Technical outside sales support for our sales partner Provide product training to customers Review customer requirements and provide application assistance to the customer Attend and work at trade shows What we are looking for: Some college degree is a plus, Associate and/or bachelor’s degree Experience in order processing and creation of sales quotations 1-2 years’ experience in sales of technical products Good English knowledge (read, write and speak) Experience with ERP systems preferred and MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Customer and service orientation Basic knowledge in most common types of gearboxes Basic knowledge in purchase order / sales order agreements Excellent communication skills and social interaction with others Willingness to travel occasionally What we can offer: Be a part of a growing team and company Have a first-hand opportunity to shape the future of the company Small company feel with a global outreach Excellent benefits package along with a team spirited work environment Does this interest you, contact: Bertina Brase | Q WORKS Group | bbb@qworksgroup.com
