Title:
Inside Technical Sales Representative Fast growing Bulk Material Handling company, located in Charlotte NC (Pineville Area), is currently seeking to fill an Inside Sales Representative position. We are looking for a leader who wants to grow with our company and is committed long term employment. This position requires a self-motivated and a results-driven individual. The candidate will be responsible for managing three product lines. You will be responsible for contacting all Request of Proposal leads (no cold calling), discussing the client’s needs and forming a solution to meet these needs. Mastering these three product lines will allow for growth in providing more complicated systems. This candidate will be responsible for CMT’s Bulk Bag Unloading offerings, Welger’s Bag Compactor line and LaborSave’s auto bag emptying equipment. You will be trained thoroughly on each. The successful candidate for this role must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high mechanical aptitude. This role is an onsite position ( not a remote position).

To develop and grow our industrial equipment business, specifically those described above, through direct sales and marketing.
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS
Inside Sales Responding to client requests – Web and Phone requests Gathering pertinent information Getting all application info and thoroughly understanding the client’s total needs. Getting proposals from sub-vendors Working with other CMT team members to arrive at the best solution. Providing quotations that exhibit your understanding of the client’s needs. Following-up on Solution Offerings. Closing sales and follow through to completion of the job (installation) Interaction with manufacturers Maintaining relationships with clients and manufacturers Maintaining client database and lead tracking information – CRM. Supporting the current sales staff as needed Other Duties As requested by the sales manager Marketing campaigns Visiting local customers as needed Required to be in our offices 5 days/week. Travel from time to time.
