ROLE We are seeking a dynamic and hungry Intelligence Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of the full portfolio of Risk Intelligence services, leveraging your expertise to engage with clients, understand their specific needs and intelligence requirements, provide tailored solutions to fit their specific requirements. The role requires real-world understanding of Intelligence and/or Security Risk Management (SRM) and the ability to communicate the client value of our services effectively. Previous experience in a relevant protective service is required, preferably including but not limited to intelligence, security risk management, crisis and incident management, travel security etc. Previous experience in guarding services is advantageous but not required. You will be working with client opportunities across the country to fulfil your sales-quota. You will be an integral part of the existing sales organization, to proactively identify and manage opportunities to cross-sell Intelligence-services both to new and existing clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute sales strategies and activities to achieve personal sales targets. Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs as assigned with role Develop and manage a robust pipeline of new and existing opportunities Support all inbound lead generation activities, provided by BDM/VP/AVP or Client Success Teams. Build strong relationships with clients and understanding of their specific needs and requirements. Provide expert advice that align with their security objectives. Collaborate closely with other part of the sales organization to boost client sales efforts of our Risk Intelligence services. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our Risk Intelligence services and stay updated on trends in the industry and competitive offerings. Responsible to provide client and prospect feedback, to improve Securitas Digital products and offering Collaborate with correct Sales/ Operations functions for larger opportunities, including account expansion. In timely manner be responsible to organize your daily, weekly and monthly planning of sales activities and results, including good CRM health. We like to work with highly self-driven sales professionals and have high level of trust in our people.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the field of Intelligence and/or Security Risk Management. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Good ability to collaborate and inspire other members of the sales organizations. Acting as a Securitas Digital champion both towards clients and within Securitas Services USA. Team-player that can combine attitude of “winning better together” Strong drive to understand client perspective and what drives clients to value the services. Client centricity is key to our success. Excellent client interaction skills and strong ability to build trust in client relationship Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently. Creative and strong ambition to drive and deliver. Ability for build rapport with prospects through outbound prospecting efforts Ability to leverage existing sales intent and intelligence tools. Develop prospect personas based on existing accounts and competitive insights.
